The purpose of the application is to request a site-specific amendment to rezone a portion of the subject lands from ‘Agricultural’ (AG) Zone and ‘Agricultural Exception (AG-22) Zone to ‘Agricultural Exception’ (AG-XX) Zone to permit On Farm Diversified Uses to include a metalworks operation and the existing firewood processing activities.
The effect of the application is to permit a metalworking operation as an On Farm Diversified Use, as well as allow the existing firewood processing activities.
