Water & Sewer Billing Information

The Township of Clearview provides water and sewer services to properties throughout the Township. The Finance department is responsible for the billing and collecting of water and sewer fees.

Water & Sewer Bills

Residents receive their Water & Sewer bills every two months. The Township is divided into two billing periods so that not every property is being billed at the same time.

Bi-Monthly 1 (Odd Numbered Months)
All properties in the east side of Stayner (accounts beginning with 010-019), the west side of Creemore (accounts beginning with 023-024), New Lowell and Collingwoodlands are billed in January, March, May, July, September, and November; 6 times a year.

Bi-Monthly 2 (Even Numbered Months)
All properties in the west side of Stayner (accounts beginning with 001-006), the east side of Creemore (accounts beginning with 021-022), Buckinghamwoods and Nottawa are billed in February, April, June, August, October and December; 6 times a year.

E-Billing is Here for Property Tax Bills and Water/Sewer Bills

E-Billing is now an option for Township of Clearview property tax and water bills. This allows rate payers to receive and view tax/water notices electronically. Any tax/water notices a rate payer receives electronically are viewable online anytime, eliminating the need to refer to historical paper documents.

To use e-billing, ensure you have set up your online account. You will be required to enter you roll number or water/sewer account # and PIN number.

Payment Options

There are many easy and convenient ways to make a payment. Please use the drop down items below for additional details.

Paying your property taxes and utility payments with a credit card is fast, easy and secure. There are two methods of paying with a credit card:
1) Online Payment System
Through the online payment system, you can pay your property tax bill and water/sewer bill online.
To view your account or to make a payment, visit the Online Payments page.
2) Payments by Telephone
- Call 1-844-602-9055 toll free to make a payment over the phone
- You will enter the payment information including the account details, credit card information and payment amount.
- You will be prompted to confirm that you have agreed to pay a convenience fee.
Having trouble processing your payment? Call 1-800-420-1663 to speak with a live customer service representative.
Payments can be made by cheque and dropped off at or mailed to the Clearview Township Administration Centre located at 217 Gideon Street, Stayner, L0M 1S0.
Postdated cheques are accepted.
Make your cheque payable to TOWNSHIP OF CLEARVIEW.
After Hours Drop Box
Cheques can be dropped into the after hours drop box located at the front door of the Clearview Township Administration Centre located at 217 Gideon Street, Stayner, L0M 1S0.
*Please do not put cash or coins into the drop box.
