TAKE NOTICE that the Council of The Corporation of the Township of Clearview has received an application for an amendment to the Zoning By-law.
Municipal Address: 1943 Fairgrounds Road South, Parcel with No Civic Address, 2015 Fairgrounds Road South, and 2057 Fairgrounds Road South.

The public meeting for this application will be held on October 29, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. at the Clearview Township Administration Centre, in the Council Chambers.
The purpose of the application is to request a site-specific amendment to Section 2.23 of the Township Zoning By-law to reduce the required Minimum Distance Separation (MDS) setback distance from 130 m to 10 m, and to recognize and permit two (2) existing single-detached dwellings on the retained lands.
The effect of the application is to facilitate the severance of a surplus dwelling lot from the subject lands.
