The purpose of the application is to request a site-specific amendment to rezone the subject lands from ‘General Industrial’ (MG) Zone to ‘General Industrial Exception XX’ (MG-XX) Zone to exempt the lands from the General Provisions of the Township of Clearview Zoning By-law 06-54, specifically Section 2.15.6 Requirement for Parking Area Finishing and Section 2.15.6.1 Parking Areas within Settlement Areas.
