Description
The purpose of the application is to request a site-specific amendment to rezone the subject lands from ‘Rural’ (RU) Zone to ‘Rural Exception XX’ (RU-XX) Zone to remove the lands from the definition of Lot of Record, recognize the existing lot frontage and area requirements.
The effect of the application is to facilitate development of single detached dwelling on an undersized lot.
