The Province of Ontario announced last week that most masking requirements, including on public transit were lifted on Saturday, June 11th. The full details of the provincial announcement are available in the provincial statement from June 8th.
The use of masks on Clearview Public Transit and at the Clearview Administration Centre will no longer be mandated but, on the advice of the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit, is advised and highly recommended.
In line with provincial guidance, while wearing a mask is no longer mandatory, those who feel that wearing a mask is the right choice for them should continue to do so. Please be kind to those around you as we navigate this latest change.
Please continue to practice the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit’s public health guidelines. All service delivery announcements will continue to be communicated through the township website, www.clearview.ca and on Twitter, @Clearview_twp.
