On April 6, 2021, Mayor Doug Measures proclaimed April as Be a Donor Month in Clearview, at a flag raising held at the Emergency Hub and Fire Administration Centre in Stayner.
Ontarians are encouraged to show their support for organ and tissue donation every year in April by registering to become a donor and raising awareness for Be a Donor Month.
Did you know that more than 1,600 men, women and children in Ontario are waiting for a lifesaving organ transplant? It takes less than two minutes to register as an organ and tissue donor at www.beadonor.ca, please register if you have not already.
