The agent, Greg Barker (Innovative Planning Solutions, IPS), acting on behalf of the applicant (RWA Acquisitions Inc.), has submitted a formal letter requesting a one (1) year extension of Draft Plan Approval for the Clearview Park plan of subdivision. The Owner is not proposing changes to the approved draft plan and is only requesting an extension of the lapse date of the approved subdivision.

The Georgian Communities (formerly Delzotto) Subdivision lands are located on the west side of County Road 124 at the south end of Nottawa, municipal address 3977 County Road 124.  The lands consist of 89.1 hectares and has frontage on County Road 124 and Blackburn Avenue.  Approximately 49 hectares of the subject lands are within the settlement boundary of Nottawa with approximately 40 hectares outside the settlement boundary along the eastern portion.

The purpose of the Official Plan Application (OPA) is to replace policies of OPA No. 5 Residential Special Policy 1 (Section 4.6.2.3.7.c). The effect of the OPA will consider between 473 residential units to 536 residential units. Single detached dwelling frontages include: 9.1 m (30 ft); 11.6 m (38 ft); and 15.2 m (50 ft). It will also include 68 condominium townhouse units with frontages of 8.5 m (28ft).

Meliora Terra Subdivision, Duntroon

The proposed plan of subdivision is comprised of a total of six (6) rural residential lots within an existing Special Policy - Residential designation with the Township of Clearview Official Plan. 

The lots are proposed to be developed with six (6) single-detached dwellings each being serviced through individual wells and septic systems. 

Edward Street East & George Street Residential Development

101 Edward Street East is proposed to be comprised of a total of 21 lots for single-detached dwellings and 6 blocks for future medium density development of 30 townhouse units, on full municipal services. 

111 George Street is proposed to be comprised of 11 lots for single-detached dwellings and blocks for servicing and stormwater management. 

North Street Subdivision

The applicant is proposing development of the subject lands for the purposes of establishing a 36-unit residential subdivision.

The draft plan of subdivision is proposed to be comprised of 36 residential units in a mixture of single-detached, semi-detached and row dwelling unit types and will also add a stormwater management facility.

Simcoe Street Subdivision

The initial application for the subject lands was to establish a residential subdivision to be comprised of 27 townhouses and 4 semi-detached units.

After the public meeting and comments received from the public, the owner changed the proposal to include 18 units, two- 5 unit townshouses and two - 4 unit townshouses.
