Nottawa Limited Partnership Subdivision and Zoning Bylaw Amendment
2026-0016 (26-ZBA-04) - The purpose of the application is to request a site-specific amendment to rezone the subject lands from ‘Residential Hamlet’ (RS) and ‘Development Area’ (DA) Zone to ‘Residential Low-Medium Density Exception’ to recognize the lot frontages and area. The effect is to facilitate the residential development of the subject lands through a future Draft Plan of Subdivision application.
