Voter Information Letters for Clearview Electors will begin arriving in residents' mailboxes on Wednesday, September 23. The letters mailed to all eligible electors on the Voter’s List contain all the details needed to vote for Clearview’s Mayor, Deputy Mayor, Ward Councillors and school board trustees in the 2026 Municipal and School Board Election.
Votes can be cast online or by phone from October 12 at 10:00 AM to October 26 at 8:00 PM. The letters include everything electors need to vote, including voting credentials, the voting website and telephone number. Keep your Voter Information Letter in a safe place, as it contains the credentials needed to cast your vote.
Didn’t receive your letter? If by October 1st, you haven’t received your Voter Information Letter, or if your letter arrives with incorrect information, reach out to the Clearview Election Team:

Election Services Centres will be available at the Administration Centre during regular office hours from October 13 to 23, at various after-hours locations throughout the Township, and at several locations on Election Day, October 26, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Electors can add their names to the Voter’s List and receive voting assistance from Election Team members.
