Whereas, The Township of Clearview is proud to announce that the week of May 31st to June 6th, 2026 be declared National Accessibility Week; and,
Whereas, National Accessibility Week is an opportunity to recognize and celebrate the contributions of Canadians with disabilities, as well as to promote accessibility and inclusion in all aspects of life; and,
Whereas The Township of Clearview is committed to inclusivity and establishing an environment that is open and accessible for all residents of all abilities; and,
Now Therefore, I, Doug Measures, Mayor of the Township of Clearview, with members of Council, do hereby proclaim May 31st through to June 6th, 2026, as National Accessibility Week, and urge my fellow citizens to recognize the role we all play in making this community accessible for all residents.
