CLEARVIEW, ON- The Educational Development Charges is proposed to increase on residential applications from $1,759.00 to $5,064.00 per unit, and from $0.47 to $1.37 per sq.ft., on non-residential applications

These changes come into effect on June 11th, 2018.

The last date for a complete building permit application submission to avoid the increase is May 21st, 2018. The Building Permit must be issued by June 8th, 2018 to avoid the increase.
