Notice - Resident Online Services Down After Mandatory Update

On Monday, January 13th, 2020 a mandatory update was installed to the Resident Online Services system which resulted in a crash of the system as a whole.

Due to the crash, residents are currently unable to login to their Resident Online Services accounts. Payments can still be made but property tax and utility billing account balances cannot be accessed at this time.

We will notify the public when this issue has been rectified.
