Applications for Clearview’s Community Improvement Plan are now being accepted for 2019.

The Community Improvement Plan allows the Township to provide funding for façade upgrades to local businesses to revitalize the community and foster economic development. Landscaping funding is also available to upgrade utilitarian buildings.  These improvements will help attract both residents and visitors to shop and invest within our communities.

Business Owners or Tenants can apply to receive 50% funding for improvements from a minimum of $500 to a maximum of $5,000 for the front façade and an additional $2,500 for the side or rear façade that faces a street.  For a limited time, so long as funds permit, applicants can obtain up to 80% funding to a maximum of $10,000 for quality signage and associated lighting.
