Meetings
These sessions are open to the public. Similarly to Council, the Committee retains the right to deal with confidential matters on an "In Camera" basis. Members of the public are encouraged to read the Agendas of the upcoming meetings and attend at their convenience.
Deputations
If you would like to make a deputation before the Committee, a request in writing needs to be made by Monday 12:00 noon, one week prior to the scheduled meeting. Requests can be made to the Clerk's Office (705) 428-6230 ext. 254 or ledwards@clearview.ca.
