Special Council Meeting - Public Planning Meeting

This date is being held for a Special Council Meeting for Planning Public Meeting matters. The Clerk’s Department is to provide confirmation on a monthly basis if the meeting is to proceed, which is dependant on planning application files that require a public meeting. If there are no applications for that month, the meeting will be cancelled.

Please be advised that Council Meetings are being held at the Stayner Community Centre – North Hall located at 269 Regina Street, Stayner, while the Council Chambers is being renovated. The renovation is expected to be completed by late Spring 2024.

The public are invited to attend meetings in-person at this temporary location.
