The initial application for the subject lands was to establish a residential subdivision to be comprised of 27 townhouses and 4 semi-detached units.
After the public meeting and comments received from the public, the owner changed the proposal to include 18 units, two- 5 unit townshouses and two - 4 unit townshouses.
