The Township of Clearview has received an application to amend Comprehensive Zoning By-law 06-54. A Public Meeting will be held April 27, 2022 at 6:30 pm via the Township's YouTube Channel.
The purpose of the application is to amend the zoning on the subject lands from ‘Institutional’ (IN) to ‘Residential Low Density (RS3) and ‘Residential High Density Exception’ (RS6-XX). The proposal includes four (4) single-detached residential lots and the conversion of the existing school building to eleven (11) condominium dwellings. The three proposed exceptions are:
1) Reduction in the minimum required interior side yard setback to 3.8 metres,
2) Reduction in the minimum required landscape strip to parking areas to 1.3 metres, and
3) Allow for a density of 36.3 units per hectare.
