Township of Clearview Council have received an application to amend Comprehensive Zoning By-law 06-54.
The purpose of the application is to amend the zoning on the subject lands from 'General Commercial' (C1) to 'General Commercial Exception Hold' (C1-XX(H25)). The Hold Symbol will be removed once adequate municipal services are available for the development, a site plan approval has been given with an agreement entered with the Township.
The effect of the application is to consider permitted uses, allow a reduction in the parking and loading spaces. The two properties will be redeveloped for a mix of uses, which will include both commercial and residential.
