The Township of Clearview Council is comprised of nine (9) members: Mayor (1), Deputy Mayor (1), and Seven (7) Councillors who are elected for a four (4) year term.

August 11, 2010 - Electors Information
The Preliminary List of Electors has been posted in the Municipal Clerk's Office on August 6, 2010.
All electors should examine the list to ensure their names and relevant information is correctly shown. Applications for inclusions, additions or corrections to, or deletions from the list are available at the Clerk's Office, 217 Gideon Street, Stayner, Ontario.
Revisions of the List shall be undertaken at the above location between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. commencing on Tuesday, August 10, 2010. The last day for filing applications concerning inclusions, additions, corrections or deletions is Monday, October 25, 2010.
The time period for filing applications to remove another person's name from the list is between September 7 and September 10, 2010.

May 12, 2010 - Municipal Enumeration Forms are in the Mail
The 2010 Municipal Election is scheduled for October 25, 2010. The Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC) will be mailing out Municipal Enumeration Forms to specific households where occupant information is needed to be confirmed or updated. The information gathered through the municipal enumeration process will help to update our voter’s list for the upcoming municipal election. Please fill out and return your Municipal Enumeration Form to MPAC by June 1, 2010.
