Clearview Community Halls
While the community halls listed below are owned by Cleaview Township, they are run by dedicated volunteers from across the municipality. Providing valuable programmes and services to the community, these volunteers ARE "the heart of Clearview".
All rentals with alcohol are subject to the Municipal Alcohol Risk Management Policy and Agreement . To book any of Clearview’s community halls, renters must complete the Municipal Rental Contract and Application
in addition to any other Rental Policy set forth by the Hall Board. Reservation information on each hall can be found below.
Avening Community Centre
Excellent for birthday parties, family functions concerts and more! This hall features 2 bowling lanes with spectator seating on the ground floor. On the main floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen with 2 stoves, 3 sinks, and 2 fridges. A bar opens up onto a stage overlooking seating for 130 people. Total hall capacity is 200. Tables and chairs provided along with dishes, coffee urns, pots and pans. Outside you will find a pig roast pit, picnic tables and backstop for your next summer BBQ. Just bring your own food and fun! Washrooms available on the ground floor. Bar available with AGCO Special Occasion Permit.

Brentwood Community Centre
The Brentwood Hall is an ideal location for family reunions, birthday parties, anniversaries and programs. An old school house built in 1874, it was converted into a hall to serve the community of Brentwood. It is unique in the Township in that it has lighted horseshoe pits in the backyard. Combined with lots of green space, the pits help make it a perfect venue for large outdoor functions. Inside, there is room for 88 people. Tables, chairs, washrooms and a stage are all featured inside this cute little hall. The kitchen has been upgraded and provides occupants with all the amenities including a fridge, stove, sinks, microwave, dishes, coffee urns, and more. Bar available with AGCO Special Occasion Permit.

Creemore Community Centre and Arena
This multipurpose facility has housed the Creemore Curling Club, arena and hall since 1976. New additions include the soccer fields and skate park. The community hall seats up to 200 people with kitchen facilities and washrooms, making it perfect for large functions such as wedding receptions and family gatherings. Furthermore, the arena has 6 functional dressing rooms complete with a referee dressing room and first aid station which lends itself to hockey tournaments. Bar available with AGCO Special Occasion Permit.

Creemore Station on the Green
Designed to replicate the original railway station, this multi-purpose activity centre is situated beside the Creemore Horticultural Park. The “Station”, with its fountain, picnic area and gazebo, is one of many community focal points and landmarks in the historic village of Creemore. The “Station” is air conditioned, accommodating a wide variety of activities and events such as receptions for up to 225 people and sit-down dinners for up to 150. It is also home to a variety of fitness classes including Yoga, Tai Chi, and many other recreational activities. The building has the unique ability to be divided into 3 separate rooms, providing a great deal of versatility for multiple functions to take place at once.
Added features: portable stage units (up to 12’x16’); kitchen c/w commercial dishwasher, fridge, freezer and place settings for 180; professional sound system, DVD Player and VHS Player and projection screen approx 20'x20'.

Dunedin Community Centre
This hall features a newly renovated kitchen with all your amenities. It has seating for moderate functions (up to 80 people) with tables and chairs. Push these aside and you have a beautiful hardwood floor for dances, fitness classes, or the like. Downstairs is a small room with washroom facilities ideal for meetings or workshops. Nestled next to the Noisy River and Dunedin Park, this hall provides a unique backdrop for your next function.No bar available.

Nottawa Memorial Community Centre
Located minutes from Collingwood, Wasaga, Stayner and Duntroon this hall has an old-fashion feel with it’s rustic tables and chairs, stage, and newly renovated interior and original hardwood floors. Perfect for your next dance, social or fundraising event, with enough green space in the back for games and activities. Washroom facilities are on the main floor with a fully equipped kitchen downstairs alongside a room ideal for meetings, dinners or other functions. Capacity as follows: Alcohol Served, 130 Upstairs, 80 Downstairs. Alcohol not served; 150 upstairs, 90 downstairs. Bar available with AGCO Special Occasion Permit. Rental rates as follows; Complete Hall $350. Upper or lower floor only $150 (Add $50 for events that have an SOP) Family, Charity or Church group $75. Hourly Rate $35 (Fri & Sat evening bookings and SOP’s not permitted for Family, Charity, Community group or hourly rate bookings)

The Duntroon Hall
Roughly equidistant to Stayner, Creemore and Collingwood, this facility, at over 8000 square feet, is the largest of its kind within the Township, making it the ideal location for your wedding, buck and doe, birthday party, fundraising event, anniversary celebration, Christmas gathering or family reunion.
The lower level Dining Hall includes a well-equipped kitchen with 2 stoves, 2 fridges, 4 sinks, tableware and a spacious dining hall easily accommodating up to 123 people.
Adjacent to the Dining Hall is an enclosed 2-lane Bowling Alley with automatic pin-setting equipment and a Foosball table.
The upper level Dance Hall, accommodating up to 299 people, contains a performing stage, a large hardwood dance floor with perimeter seating, and overlooking all, a well-organized bar and raised seating area.
Directly beside the Hall is historic Islay Park which has great outdoor playground equipment, picnic areas and a playing field.
Events with alcohol require the event holder to obtain a AGCO Special Occasion Permit.

Stayner Arena and Community Centre
The Stayner Community Centre and Arena is a multipurpose facility featuring a skate park and fully equipped hall with washrooms, kitchen facilities and seating for up to 170 people. Built in 1987, the hall can accommodate up to 350 people and boasts a new board room ideal for club meetings. Seating for 15, the room comes complete with Wi-Fi, computer, projector, screen, photocopier and printer. The arena has a referee dressing room and first aid station along with 5 functional dressing rooms making it excellent for tournaments. From lacrosse, hockey and figure skating to dances, shuffleboard and fitness classes, the arena can accommodate a wide variety of functions all year round. Bar available with AGCO Special Occasion Permit.

Sunnidale Corners Community Centre
Conveniently situated between Wasaga Beach, Stayner, New Lowell and Edenvale at crossroads Hwy 26 and County Road 10, Sunnidale Corners is a great location for all your small to medium size functions. It can accommodate up to 90 people upstairs where it has a bar, kitchenette, stage and hardwood floor. Downstairs there is a newly renovated kitchen and seating area which can accommodate an additional 75 people. Thanks to funding from the Ontario Trillium Foundation, the hall has seen a complete retrofit along with the installation of air conditioning, making it an ideal venue all year round. Bar available with AGCO Special Occasion Permit.
