DRINKING WATER QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM POLICY STATEMENT

It is Clearview Township's aim to ensure safe drinking water to the end user within all Township operated Water Systems. The Township is commited to following all applicable legislation & regulations that are associated with the safety and the delivery of your drinking water. Through maintenance and continual improvement to the Quality Management System the Township is identifying, measuring, controlling and improving the various core water works processes that ensure improved water works performance.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS 

Congratulations to the Clearview Water Department! On May 25, 2010, the Township of Clearview received Full Accreditation certificates by the Canadian General Standards Board for successfully implementing Quality Management Systems for municipal water systems in: Buckingham Woods, Nottawa Collingwoodlands, New Lowell, Creemore and Stayner. CREEMORE SEWAGE TREATMENT PLAN NEW EQUALIZATION TANK

On October 28th, 2009 the Township of Clearview held a Public Information Centre on the Environmental Assessment for the Creemore Sewage Treatment Plant New Equalization Tank. The slides can be downloaded from Publications.

DOOR TO DOOR WATER TESTING
 

We have received many phone calls from residents inquiring about door-to-door sales people offering free drinking water tests. Some residents were confused about the tests and wondered if these people worked for the Township.
