Notice- 2016/2017 Budget Process & Dates

Clearview Township Council has approved the 2016/2017 budget process and dates. The budget process is used to ensure that staff and Council Members have the opportunity to thoroughly review, discuss and make changes to the proposed staff budget. 
 
Members of the public are invited to provide feedback on the Council proposed budget during the Public Meeting on December 7th, 2015 at 6:30pm during the regular Council Meeting. 
 
Budget Process & Dates: 
*All Budget Workshops and the Public Meeting take place at the Clearview Township Administration Building at 217 Gideon Street in Stayner.
  • Budget Workshop #1- Management team budget presentation
    • October 26th, 2015 at 12:30pm
  • Budget Workshop #2- Management team budget presentation
    • November 9th, 2015 at 12:30pm
  • Budget Workshop #3- Council modifies staff proposed budget
    • November 23rd, 2015 at 12:30pm
  • Public Meeting- Public feedback/ comment opportunity
    • December 7th, 2015 at 6:30pm 
  • Budget Workshop #4- Council modifies budget based upon public input
    • January 11th, 2015 at 12:30pm
  • Council Meeting- Council passes budget
    • January 25th, 2015 at 5:30pm
