Each year, the Showcase brings together local community-based sport, recreation and cultural organizations under one roof to connect with residents for the purpose of conducting registration and membership recruitment along with promoting upcoming programs and events.  Last year there were nearly 50 sport, leisure and health providers with an estimated 560 visitors over the course of the day. 
Don’t miss this opportunity to streamline your registration process, demonstrate your activity to potential customers, recruit new members or volunteers for your organization or promote your upcoming event.

• Offer a demonstration- sharing a table is allowed and even encouraged
• Have brochures at our Information Table
• Donate to the Passport Giveaway

 

• Open November 10, 2011 for organizations run by a volunteer board or registered not-for-profit

• Open December 12, 2011 for all other health and leisure providers
  Note: Please do not send your information prior to this date as it will not be kept on file.  We have given not-for-profit groups a little more time to register as they typically need to consult their board of directors prior to registration.  Thank you so much for your cooperation.
