Consent include applications to "Sever" a property or for any agreement, mortgage or lease that extends for 21 years or more (under Section 53 of the Planning Act).
Meetings are generally held every 2nd Wednesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Administration Centre, 217 Gideon Street, Stayner. Dates are subject to change as required. Committee meetings are open to the public.
